It all starts with identity.
And what you believe about yours.
Who are you? And how much of what you believe about yourself is actually true? How would you know?
Think about the words others have used to describe you. The labels you’ve accepted. The things you’ve been told about who you are, what you’re good at and what you’ll never be. Then think about the sense you have of yourself on the inside, the one those words don’t always match. When the two pull in different directions, it’s hard to know which one to trust, and living in that gap can be a quiet, constant struggle.
That tension shapes our confidence, the choices we make, the opportunities we pursue and the way we show up in the world. And too often, the words we hear from others are the ones that win.
Over time, they become our identity. A story we live by, often without questioning how accurate it really is.
These words shape us more than we realise.
There’s a deeper truth to who you are. And now we have a way to explore it.
Beneath the labels, expectations and experiences is something uniquely yours.
A psychological makeup that shapes what drives you, how you think, what you need and what you’re naturally trying to contribute.
FITT16 brings together established psychological frameworks to create a detailed picture of that makeup. Giving you the language to recognise your individuality, understand your intentions and appreciate the genius in how you’re wired.
Because knowing who you are changes what you believe is possible.
Your identity is something you can work with. And now, you can put it to work immediately.
For years, understanding ourselves meant learning frameworks, interpreting reports and mastering the language of personality before we could apply what we’d discovered.
AI changes that. And through the FITT16 apps, it’s available to you now.
FITT16 gives AI a detailed understanding of your psychological makeup, allowing you to explore what that understanding means in almost any situation.
- A difficult relationship.
- A career decision.
- A challenge at work.
- A new opportunity.
- A part of yourself you’ve struggled to understand.
You don’t have to learn all the terminology or figure out how everything fits together.
You can simply start with what you are dealing with right now, so that you can navigate the situation in the most authentic way possible.
The whole of who you are becomes the reference you can draw on, wherever life takes you.
Sixteen archetypes. Sixteen ways of contributing.
The word archetype comes from the Greek arkhétypon: the original pattern. Each FITT16 archetype describes the value a person is trying to bring: what they set out to create, and how they naturally go about it. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a label.

Who you are, written down.
Your Navigator Blueprint is a sixteen-page reference: your archetype, individualised for the specific way you shape the world. It names your core intention, how you take in the world and make decisions, what you need from others, and where your contribution is most likely to be misread.
It is designed to be read, returned to and shared. Give it to your manager, so they see what you are trying to bring. Share it with your partner, so they understand why you go about things the way you do. Or keep it for yourself, as an honest reminder of who you are when life gets noisy.
Inside your Blueprint
- Your archetype and core intention
- How you make sense of your world

“For fifteen years I watched capable people being misread, and misreading each other. I built FITT16 so that everyone can see the genius they bring.”
Simon Hurry built FITT16 from fifteen years of work with leaders, professionals and teams at the intersection of talent, behaviour and purpose. Again and again, the people he worked with were not short of capability. They were being judged on an incomplete picture, often by themselves.

What do you mean by genius?
Not a score, and not a gift some people have and others don’t. In FITT16, your genius is the particular value you are oriented to create: the intention behind how you think, relate and act at your best. Everyone has one. The work is seeing it clearly, in yourself and in others.
Can I discover my archetype for free?
Yes. Register a standard FITT16 account, add your Full 34 results and see your archetype with a short overview, free. Free discovery includes agreeing to receive further insight emails from us. It does not include the Navigator Blueprint.
What if my archetype does not feel right?
That is a reasonable question. Your archetype does not describe perfected behaviour or what you have learned to do well. It describes your underlying intention at your best: the direction you are naturally trying to move toward, even when conditions are difficult. If another archetype fits better, email us and we will review it with you.
Is FITT16 connected to CliftonStrengths® or Gallup?
FITT16 is an independent, proprietary methodology. Using its own method, it identifies patterns within the ranked talent profile you supply and the archetype that fits you best. FITT16 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gallup or the CliftonStrengths® assessment. CliftonStrengths® and Gallup® are trademarks of Gallup, Inc.
Is my data private?
